Some days healing doesn’t arrive through breakthroughs or answers. Sometimes it arrives through sunset light, glowing flowers, and a quiet moment where the body finally softens enough to receive beauty again.

This morning, I saw a single desert stem holding blooms, seeds, and unopened buds—all at once. Each in its own season. It reminded me that we are not meant to move in one straight line. In a single day, we can open, rest, release, and begin again.
